-System is very flawed, and that fact is acknowledged by HR and all the other higher ups. The kicker? You will still get "coaching" and reprimanded due to their flawed system.
- Much like Amazon, they don't allow unpunished washroom breaks. What do I mean? If you are a picker, every second is recorded on their very flawed LMS system. The TL, when questioned about this, said "it's all built in to the system" but, when inquiring about how much time exactly it alots for washroom breaks, no answer is given. The types of expectations, such as having 7 seconds to tie a pallet, are what ruined this company for me.
- Unempathetic. When you bring up these flaws, you are told that they have "engineers" working on fixing it, but the whole time I've been there, nothing has changed.
The reason I left is I had a family member become terminally ill and only a handful of days left to live. I had to be there to administer medication 2-3 times a day depending on the severity of pain. They told me that I either show up, or resign. The choice was obvious to me. Family over work any time.
