Pros
The team is small and very helpful and kind. Everyone looks after each other, they always help you out with everything. They give you lots of chances and help you grow. They are not too nosy or space invading. They will put in a lot of trust in you and let you be yourself. It is a remote setting and is best for ambitions and smart workers.
Cons
Sometimes the lack of interaction with people can make you feel lonely and bored in a remote setting.
