You get exposure to quite a bit of different institutions, a diverse range of courses with freedom in how you work and a variety of different platforms Construct is a great place.

Cons

If you want to code (even a little bit), it's not the place; If you want to be creative and truly innovative, it's not the place; If you want to be surrounded by people who will make you better as an LT, it's not the place; If you want to grow in the LT field, this is certainly not the place.
