Good for newbies who want to build their portfolio, unfortunately not viable for a long-term career
Pros
It's a good opportunity if you want to try writing different styles and niches. They have a good variety of tasks you can choose from. The staff is outwardly friendly, albeit pretty quiet on the slack channels.
Cons
The biggest con is the lack of formal training and opportunities to improve. If you make a mistake with a client, they prevent you from working with them again. Also, there's no formal editing process for articles, so you don't get feedback that helps you write better. Additionally, it's not consistent. There are weeks you won't be away from your computer even on weekends, and there are weeks where you will be assigned nothing despite asking around. It's fine if it's a side gig, but not a great choice for full-time. Not to mention, the pay is rather low. Writing a 1000-word article and being responsible for editing, SEO optimization, and finding your own assets for 50$ is dismal by industry standards.
