Pros

Some of the people here are genuinely wonderful, kind and committed to their jobs. You get a BCBS PPO.

Cons

Where to start? The processes are nonexistent, no brand standards are kept consistent, and upper management isn't open to ideas for change AT ALL. The pay a lot of lip service to being open to innovation, but any change that's actually effected is slow any tiny enough to be useless. There's just no actual process. I've been working here a year and I still can't tell how the account team functions.

Pros

- WFH flexible schedule - Majority of the people truly care about the work and it shows

Cons

- Horrible upper management - Pay is very minimal- no bonuses this year - None of the processes are clear, things are constantly changing and it was difficult to know how to do things properly - Miscommunication about company's financial well-being (presented a falsehood)

Pros

Work life balance Work from anywhere/home policy (perm) Learning opportunities since smaller company Exposure Good, talented people Strong creative, cool work Growing data focus and new systems

Cons

Pay significantly below average Promotions only on business need basis, with little business coming through makes it tough Different environment following rounds of layoffs not same when first started Inability to learn beyond certain point due to limited opportunities Stuck in ways but constant change in groups, policies and procedures (+ turnover to higher paying agencies and companies) Unable to speak mind or offer new ideas due to environment of one decision maker
