      Great facilities but issues with management and pay

      Company Facilities including indoor gym, day care, lunch/dinner, flexible env.

      Cons

      Misaligned compensation structure, Micro-management in some teams, C-Level always comes up with the same excuse when you go to them for anything that we have no control on this (i.e. salary, issues with manager and etc)
