- Not a meritocracy but a nepotism: the majority of the management team is composed by friends or family, it's a closed circle where the efficiency is missing.
- Lot of people working at a position they don't deserve, which is very demotivating
- The salary package and the benefits could be better (start trusting your employees by giving them the chance to do remote working for example, and not only to certain managers)
- No career management, few training opportunities, no evolution path,...
- No follow up of the consultants, they are treated like numbers. That's a real pity
- Offices need a revamp
- Not a company for juniors, lot of old-fashioned people with old mentality
