      Pros

      Team members make coming to work less stressful. Nice office and drinks at the end of the week.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really care about its employees. It's all about money. If you're not making money for the company, you're out. A lot of time wasted on team outings and trying to be a "fun" company. Could put that time into something else.
