A nice sized company - access to leadership team - work on some large scale projects
Cons
A total lack of leadership from the Board of Directors. The company is in decline with some of the key staff having left or due to leave / retire, including the MD. Staff levels have dropped, and the work is more and more sub-consultant to other main consultants.

Supportive environment with approachable Directors. Look after staff with genuine compassion. Professional working environment. Positive work/life balance.
