I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

I can honestly say that this Administrator in training program Was designed by someone who has no idea how to train or lead people to success. Oh wait that is exactly who designed it. If you thrive on training programs that Have a key phrase of go figure it out/ ask someone else then this is the place for you. Outside Of a poorly structured training program, this company does not support equality and Inclusion into the workplace unless you fit the cookie cutter mold Is of traditional corporate america. This company does not do well with the see something wrong say something model. If you open your mouth about legitimate discrimination concerns within the workplace. You will be chastised and show the door.

None. A complete waste of time.

- The "boot camp "training" is unorganized. - Most of the presenters are unprepared and ill-suited for training others. - The person in charge of running the program to train and qualify new administrators is a failed former administrator. He is mostly late to all the meetings when he even shows up at all.
