Users say... "Salary not on time somtime." "Unprofessional and Non collaborative work culture," "Cipl is not a company,it is basically a shop..They will harass you to the point that a time will come when you will voluntarily put resignation and run away..There is no company culture.. company's managers have taken over the decision making process and they have hijacked this company to fulfill their own needs..They don't bother about companys growth or employees growth..There is too much politics here..Good hardworking employees r forced to resign while the rotten one has free run here..Infact they r the one who r entitled for increment etc.. managers behave badly with employees.. salary is not upto the mark and also the role given to employees r of desktop support level.. company has spent almost a decade still it has no ambition of growth just coz of incompetent persons at management level..hr department is also worst performing..they have no idea of anything..their only job is to ask employees to resign..they have no capability to fill a position..they will harass you and they will not provide you proper documents so as to make sure that your future is ruined..salary will revolve around paltry 15000..if you r jobless,better you beg than joining this company..once you joined here your future is ruined.."
