Pros

Working with the Operation/Process department was a pleasure. Extremely knowledgeable and nice all round people. The Engineering department are helpful and knowledgeable/professional and enjoyed working with them.

Cons

The Maintenance department however is totally the opposite. Extremely hateful unprofessional department. The Leads are egotistical, controlling and micro manage. They are the equivalent to a private being promoted to a lance corporal and then thinking that they are then generals. Their knowledge is below industrial average and lack any forward thinking. A company that allows and accepts behaviour such as, grown men flicking each other in the genitalia as just good fun and their working culture is a company that most people want to avoid as this is just a taste of the maintenance department’s culture. Witness and experienced bullying and it’s on a daily basis. There is no family working culture just a school yard playground click. You don’t get judged according to your skills and knowledge but rather to your banter capabilities.

Pros

Not terrible, the people you spend your days with out doing the jobs are good, some sites are far better than others and some sites just horrible to work at. Sometimes they get courses rolling and sort out what you need, you'll get better looked after and better paid at the belvedere site than any of the others. Health and safety are very good here that is a 10/10.

Cons

Bit of a blame culture, some of the management are very aggressive and have been known for it all through the company. Training for apprentices not in belvedere seem to be forgotten. Didn't hear from the training team for about 2 of my 3 years. Lack of communication between departments.
