The ONE and only pro to working for this company is the great employees they have/had but are now all leaving due to horrible ownership and decisions.

Where do I even begin!?!? The owners of this company have no clue how to run a company (except run it right into the ground). They dont take care abour their employees nor do they acknowldge great work. HR told me straight to my face "we want to pay our employees the least amount possible." They want to send everything to India but the people they hire in India dont even have degrees in the field of work. They have ZERO common sense and cannot complete a task unless you show them step by step what needs to be done. They cant seem to read and comphrend written instructions. HR (under the direction of the owners wife) is constantly changing policies to favor the employer and take away from the employees. There is ZERO communication and I would not recommend this company as a career nor a service if they were the last place on earth!!! I was told that I could only give 1 perspn in the department a 5% raise and everyone else would receive less... they implemented a promotion plan which means you don't get full compensation until you have done the job flr 1 year, which is ridiculous!
