Management requesting job to finish even though at 2am. 2 weeks straight of that. Then will ask 9am presentation afterwards.

-pay on time -colleagues will help with each other

-duplicate workload (same file data need to send email separately to same team as top management want to build a "clean image" to auditor) -not very good working environment (physical)
