      An excellent introduction to editing and remote work

      Pros

      The staff is generally warm and supportive. The schedule is flexible, and you are able to edit material written by a variety of people. The pay is better than similar editing jobs.

      Cons

      It can get tense toward the end of the month. Sometimes the original material is poorly written and requires significant revision, which can be exhausting. It is a fairly small company with many veteran staff members, so there are not many opportunities to advance.
