      Lots of games in the office. Looked like an arcade at times.

      Overworked employees, indecisive boss, not willing to train correctly, if expressed guidance; they tell you this isn’t school and that they don’t have time for it.

      None that I can think of Working from home

      Cons

      Overwork Indecisive boss that doesn't even knows what he wants. Not set schedule, sometimes they will reply right away, sometimes they won't, but they always expect you to reply quick. You will see yourself trying to read his mind, but no matter how much you try he will keep switching. Indefinite revisions, you can finish a project quick or it can drag for weeks and you will still get paid the same! Not worth it.
