Dependent benefits are expensive. Single employee benefits are great.

Horribly toxic culture. Constantly changing goalposts with a complete lack of communication. Nobody is on the same page and everyone blames everyone else. The leadership team is drowning in meetings, but they aren't paying attention to the meetings they're in, so they may as well not have them. Management is entirely disconnected to how work gets done and there are no long term plans or goals.--forget about KPIs. No HR team Bare minimum benefits--crappy health insurance, no vision, no dental, no 401k, minimal PTO which you are discouraged from using No development opportunities and no loyalty to their employees
