1. The employer is biased 2. The company lacks structure 3. No internal communication 4. No say in any matter 5. Unhygienic space to work in, the kitchen is as good as toilet 6. good people to work with, work life balance

Cons

The MD is biased towards people. she also think pretty looking girls are smarter even if they are dumb. they cut salary like its nobody'd business. the HR has no say only the MD has the final word.

Employees are good to work with.

Cons

They make their own policy at the time of appraisals.MD starts threatened employees before 2 months of their appraisals. She pressurised to stay back & work extra with no reason. There is no value for individual.
