      Pros

      I enjoyed working remotely, and there was opportunity for growth into different specialized areas of the company.

      Cons

      Little training available for the specific areas you may be asked to move into.

      - Diverse Culture - Remote - OK pay - 85% very nice understanding coworkers - Flexible Work Times

      Cons

      - Heavy Work - Not a good training program - Heavy reliant on surveyors with high turnover rate - 15% were quite rude - Annoying and Outdated Systems - Switched to new system which may of been better but left before hand but was complicated to switch stuff to new system - Only 2-3 people to help but were very busy most of the time

      Management misleads you, no training process, outdated software, conflicting requests, flaky surveyors, no HR, hostile work environment, no growth potential
