Business outlook
Pros
Crossword is full of genuinely supportive staff and managers. I have felt welcome and valued from day one. In particular their approach to diversity is awesome. It's also a great place to learn about cyber security because of the wide variety of roles and clients. It's growing fast in all areas to there's always new people to meet.
Cons
The HQ is by Waterloo and not particularly close for me. I wish there were some more staff evening events as we're scattered all over.
