It's a nice site, and colleagues appear friendly on the surface
Cons
Don't be fooled. The company will drop you at the first sign of trouble. There is no encouragement for learning, and staff have little patience. Staff can be rude and undermine you. There is no room for career progression and those that do a good job are heavily underpaid. I was fired for submitting a complaint about bullying..to HR... In confidence. If they suspect that you have doubts about the management they will come on to you like a tonne of bricks. If this was any other company and I wasn't on a maternity contract, this would have resulted in legal action. The only implications of their actions left me out of a job and depressed.
