      Pros

      Good working setting, pretty office lay out.

      Cons

      This place is toxic and very political for a startup company. They will tell you their dream in the beginning, but they won't teach you anything and you are on your own. Huge turn over rate, so glad I am not working here anymore.

      - new technology - OK work-life balance

      Cons

      - location - bolting Corda ("blockchain", but not really) onto everything imaginable (regardless of it making sense) - integrations with legacy systems and big corporations - clueless management - no proper engineering culture (jumping aimlessly among multiple projects, churning out code regardless of its quality...)

      Very supportive colleagues in my team that help me whenever I need them. This makes my day easier, as it reduces the pressure on me.

      Cons

      Top management encourages toxic behaviours in the company by recruiting their employees to join cliques and carry out biased performance reviews and promotions.
