It’s a very Useless, Unprofessional, worthless, careless, indecorous & laxest company. They pay you less even you have experienced. Very poor management. I just want to let you know guys please don’t hook up with this crummy company, they don’t care about their employees, you are considered as an animal rather than a human being. Worst company to work for as UI/UX & Graphic Designers’ guy. You can get scolded anytime, anywhere in front of everyone by the CEO, bad attitude of CEO no value for employs, yelling, abusing every-time, He can be good for you & he can be bad for you all of a sudden, it is just on his mood. You can easily hear the CEO yelling and firing someone at any time, anywhere. Just want to say “employees are not punching bags, don’t treat them acc. to you mood”. You & your company is nothing without employee, “If you take care of your employees, they’ll take care of your business” –Richard Branson.
I had been working here for around 2 years. lately, I was working here frequently from 3 days, I couldn't able to sleep as much as I need, I was sleeping just for 4 or 5 hours so I took a leave for 1 day just for take rest & body's stability, because I was feeling exhausted, so just because for 1 day’s leave reason they’ve fired me from the work, hahahahah... I’m asking you, which company treat like this to their employees, they showed their professionalization & narrow thinking, they couldn’t see that I had been working for the last 3 days continually.
Anyway, I was already serving the notice period. Despite being in the notice period, I worked here by honestly, even sometime Sunday & whenever they called me I was there for them but they could not see it. They fire me like I was nothing for them. I was very fooled that I couldn’t see they're messing up.
I will never refer & recommend this company to anyone. Such an unprofessional, little-minded & abominable company.
In short please don't engage with this rubbish company & don't flow your energy & don't waste your precious time. & just good things in this company which is all teammate & all employee they are very friendly & they are very supportive,
One more thing, if you see good & positive comments & review around here, there are all fake reviews & comments, don’t be fooled. They emphases their employee to give a good review for their company which is not. It’s very unprofessional.
