      Poor Management, Lots of Politics and No Growth.

      Pros

      First they will show you how good they are and their management, After some time you will realize their Politics and Games. You will Not find any Long Lasting employees there. So many employees have resigned there since some previous years because of their Politics. You can check after Joining. Believe me you will Not find any Bad Company like this.

      Cons

      An employee cant grow in this company, Lots of secret Politics happens here, You really cant grow in this bad company as they use to do Frauds with employees in Appraisals. Each and every time they use to change their Policies to Suck Employees from Top to bottom.
