Pros

1. Decent salary for entry to mid level as it is a well funded company 2. Some good co-workers 3. Location - HSR layout

Cons

1. Founders with bad work ethics. Preach something and do exactly the opposite - talk behind people's back. Treat people badly and talk ill of others. 2. Founders like to be surrounded by Yes-men, those that can praise them and play politics just like them. These people are successful in the company. 3. Very high attrition, all because of the Founders. None of the senior & good guys remain - they managed to hire people from Bain, InMobi, Ola, Flipkart and the like. None of them remain. 4. Fooling the employees in the name of a flat, non-political organization. They are exactly the opposite.

Pros

Wish there was something positive to write home about.

Cons

Am one of the yoga faculty/trainers at Cult. There is a philosophy that happy employees will make customers happy. That thought is totally lost here. The fundamental fabric of yoga is about balance. Cult is out to monetize yoga to the hilt. And, they're onboarding customers at a hectic pace to break even in the business. In this pursuit, they're making the understaffed faculty work over time, and burn out. This is going to hurt in multiple fronts in the long term. There are enough documented case studies of firms dying because they've treated one of their key stakeholders poorly.
