I worked here pre 2019 but considering the senior management team is pretty much the same I doubt much of the culture has changed. This was a very sexist company when I worked here with awards being given at Christmas parties, by senior directors, for 'guy who slept with most girls in the office'. Another senior director also loudly made homophobic jokes and doesn't take kindly when a junior female staff member (me) berates him for it. One time after one of the parties I found myself holding hands with a senior married head of department. I was 24 years old. I was confused as to how this happened. He then later swore loudly at me in front of other colleagues because I told him an event had been cancelled. He told my bosses boss he had apologised, but he didn't. Nothing else was done. I also complained to my Bosses boss about another guy inappropriately touching me at the Christmas party. He laughed it off. The guys would outwardly rank females who were visiting the office out of ten. Senior management would laugh along with this. Although this was a long time ago, I can see many of senior staff are still in their positions which makes me wonder if much has changed. Looking back now, the power imbalance between senior male staff and junior female staff was outrageous and there was only one female staff member. Very toxic sexist culture.
