Upper management is non-communicative and never on the same page, leaving the problem to fall on the employee end. Training is promised to get you to where you need to be but tight staffing leaves you on your own which again falls back onto the new employee feeling like they failed. Promises for advancement but lack of follow through

Some coworkers are cultural cancer and management are either oblivious, apathetic or participating. Pay for staff is a joke compared to other critical access hospitals, but travel nurses will find that the rates are competitive and the ratios are outstanding.
