Great idea for a company and service. 100% remote work and flexible hours.
Cons
My first paycheck was late by about a week and another paycheck was also late. Expectations from management were way too high given the messiness and disorganization of their operations. Management does not have any grace for new employees learning their new roles and duties despite having virtually no formal onboarding process. The CEO makes false promises of securing financial backing and to compensate employees for late pay but it's all an empty gesture to gain retention.
