Relaxed work environment You get to know varied tasks and topics Young and motivated team Working on international productions Because the company is not that big (~30 people) yet handling the full game stack, there are multiple small teams with completely different specialisations and knowledge working closely together from within one office. This generates a very dynamic work environment where everyone has a chance to learn a lot and develop themselves.
Cons
Company is slightly bigger then management is equiped for, creating an environment where you have to stand up for yourself and some things are harder then they should be. On the other side, this creates a very no-nonsense way of handling things.
