      Impactful Technology, Bad Culture

      Pros

      Innovative technology that is truly saving lives. So much work flexibility that you could disappear for a day and management would not notice

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership and employees stumbling along the commercialization of a diagnostic. So much remote leadership. Culture is quick to tear down ideas without suggesting alternatives. Minimal PTO

      Run! The Most Toxic Culture Ever

      The only pro is that the technology is cool

      Cons

      It is hard to put into words just how toxic this workplace is. Leadership is a few people who think they are leaders who have no idea or experience in what they are doing. It’s like Mean Girls: work edition. The micromanagement is next level; unlike anything I have ever witnessed. They do not understand anything related to diagnostics, and will not listen to those who do. There is no communication, and the favoritism is disgusting. The instruments are frequently down, and extraordinarily expensive. Management over complicates the entire sales cycle and all processes. This is a founding team of academics trying to commercialize and they have done everything incorrectly.

      Pros

      Like-minded collective that works together to find resolutions! In this day of age, it is rare to find a place with a good working culture. Cytovale, Inc. maintains an even more of a rarity GREAT working culture environment. To find a job where the talks of work culture matches the walk is a blessing.

      Cons

      Typical start up growing pains but no red flags, quality or compliance issues.
