Pros

People seemed friendly and very welcoming. They make the path to promotion easy to understand.

Cons

Work 6 days a week. M-F: 11-7 Saturday: 9-3. They are deceptive on what the job actually entails. They start you out working a 100% commission based salary which will be earned by walking around home depot and convincing customers to have an interior designer come out to their home to look at installing new cabinets, etc. They claim that you will move up the ranks quickly and become a manager but they want you to start at the bottom to help understand their business. This is just a scam to get people to do the entry level work because nobody wants to have that as a full time job, and the turnover rate is high. If walking around home depot for 6 days of the week trying to complete a sales quota of 18 people making appointments per week with at least 55% of them going through with it sounds interesting to you, then go for it.

Pros

If you want to learn about MLM. This is the place to start. I am not disgruntled, just a bit tired of these guys being so mis-leading.

Cons

D3 will hire anyone to get their friends and family contact information.

Of course this section is written by D3 reps - the "employee review" section is intended for that. D3 Solutions encourages all employees to write their own anonymous reviews for our company, not just our management staff, of their experiences working here. Also, D3 Solutions has never asked employees (or applicants) for contact information other than their own. What benefit would that serve? We have the option for employees to give out a business card to anyone looking for a career opportunity. Obviously, this is only if the employee chooses to do so, and that person would have to reach out to us if interested. Perhaps that was your confusion?

Pros

You can make money if people sign up with you. The people are rather nice and will be kind to you. They play games and motivate each other in a room called "atmo" every morning. If you want to succeed, take that "atmo" session seriously.

Cons

If you don't like working on commission, this isn't for you. You have to get signups or you'll have "to part ways" with this company. They say there's a guaranteed pay, but that guaranteed pay is only given to those who are already established in the company and that also has a catch. If you don't like commissions, stay away. If you do, go ahead.
