      The company has strong systems and process to deliver international projects. Good to learn project management skills

      Cons

      Weak technical knowledge amongst staff. Poor opportunities to learn any technical (subject matter such as investment or agriculture or health) skills and gain field experience. There are opportunities to be mobilised on a field assignment but it depends on your manager (which is subjective)

      DAI has wonderful fridge benefits like: Pension contribution and a good health insurance which covers optical, dental and maternity It has flexible working hours , on Fridays, staff works half day and there is a time off over the weekends salaries always paid in time

      Cons

      Salary depends on hours worked and not on monthly basis and therefore not possible to predict your monthly income. Staff development not supported to the maximum
