Smaller company environment which is good if you’re over Big Pharma and want to wear multiple hats.
Cons
Lots of micromanagement; mgmt don’t understand the needs, requirements and expectations for many of the positions they hire for; a small group of the company employees makes all of the decisions and it’s not in alignment with Pharma industry. Lots of lowered morale as well as wasting excellent talent-the stakeholders completely overlook this. Trmendous favoritism, cliquishness and lack of clear path to advancement. Unfortunately rules change constantly and most adopted are extremely inappropriate and outdated. The company is run like multiple organizations under multiple roofs, rather than homogeneous and unified. USA 🇺🇸 side is the Cinderella-before the glass slipper of the deal.
