Pros

Courses offered at head office; although there is no discount to the courses. Finds you a good location near home or preferred area. Great buildings, good staff, great coworkers.

Cons

Promote who they want to. Some Managers have no experience or don't know what they are doing. Other good employees are overlooked or dragged along with false promises. Very low pay for Administrators.

Politics, Senior managers and districts impose personal opinions on junior staff and make unfair decision, and they are not open to discussion.

Reputable brand. Lots of condos in their portfolio.

Cons

Upper management was not supportive. Regionals were spread thin and always stressed. Head office (CEO, HR, etc) quick to throw their staff under the bus
