Cons
Management is very dysfunctional and successfully operate under a bullying policy. Tolerance over dismissed efforts, neglect, no constructive criticism but theatrical verbal abuse, blatant discrimination, and passive aggressive comments. If you DON’T value your mental health and want quick money that is just below your current pay (for your age) then by all means work here. Although I suggest that if you fail to suck up to management and find yourself making a mistake, then mentally prepare yourself as they will make sure that you are berated unprofessionally with an audience for their own egos. They will gladly destroy your mental health to feel better about themselves doing the bare minimum as a manager. A good working team operates under good management, this does not apply here.
