Pros

The pros include having decent co-workers, and also various bonuses that get added to every other paycheck.

Cons

Call centers are by nature a stressful work environment and this is no exception. Gererally poor management.

Pros

They send out what everyone earns in bonus, so you can plainly see there is some good earning potential.

Cons

Training is extensive but somehow doesn't prepare you for the reality. Plus success is highly dependent on your manager and your schedule.

Pros

Good pay and benefits for what you do.

Cons

Depending on the department, can be stressful. It is call center customer service work. Managers aren't always the best and you have to make sure you get one of the good ones for a more pleasant work experience.
