      Lots of Chinese masters. Still unstable company in terms of process. Employee retention is poor.

      Above average salary within the same industry. Food allowance. 14th month pay. Short-term incentive bonus. SIM postpaid plan. No time in and time out. Smart casual dress code.

      Cons

      Too many approvals due to investor representatives causing delay in deliverables. HR initiatives on company events and activities have been declining recently instead of improving. Very slow career growth. Minimal work life balance, No HMO for dependents.
