Pros
Working at DKB Code Factory was really great mainly due to the people, across all departments. But I'll highlight the ones that are not common to all companies: + There's performance review every 6 months. + They handed out bonuses (in EURs) based on performance. + Technical path for software engineers. + Diversity and inclusivity.
Cons
The main downside worth mentioning is the lack of QA in our department. The higher up would argue we are doing fine with what we have and our leads had to fight for it. It shouldn't be something we have to fight for. QA is an important part of the development cycle. The rest are the usual issues like in other companies - backend working on generic APIs instead of customizing it based on each client needs.
