Pros
Extremely flexible working hours. Interesting projects to work on. Supportive team to work with and everyone was working their butts off which is very respectable.
Cons
Underpaid compared to market salaries. Worked majority of weekends since starting. Unlimited Vacation, but because was so busy I didn't have an opportunity to use. two vacation days I did use, I worked weekends so was worthless. No Sprints or Agile (or similar methodology). Very rough DevOps. If you believe in the DOCR tech that they are building, go for it. I didn't so that and the long hours led to burnout.
