Fired people just one working day after the busy season Management are good at bullying and using insulting words Hard working got no appreciation No qualification tuition fee/exam fee got paid - got fired before the enrolment

The work environment is toxic. There is too much micro managing and they enjoy micro managing employees. They hire employees and kick them off after busy season. There is no job security and worst work culture.

Cons

The higher management is a crap, They force the managers to micro manage employees. You will loose confidence on yourself and start self-doubting. Its a toxic work environment with no work life balance.
