Pros
Small company with caring owner and ops manager. Good pay with med ins. Late model tractors that get attention right now when needed.
Cons
D&M has contract to run FedEx Ground, running trailers between terminals. Not that this is bad but sometimes you might wait 2 to 3 hrs to get a load back home.
