if you are a fresh graduates and want to explore something out of your field, DOREMi will be a better place for you explore. They almost do hiring for operation related job while getting into management is very hard.

You feel that some particular race will be more favorable to the top management. High expectation but low resources Many tasks to handle in short time frame
