Pros
It's a realy nice place to work. First of all I'd like to mention work ethics and cooperation within the team. No requirements to work from office. Most employees work remotely from any country or city they choose. The payment is quite competitive. And last but not least it's nice to be part of the company that actively takes part in local community life by constantly donating to various volunteer projects in UA.
