Pros

They pay you if you work for them.

Cons

They take employee (especially sales ) as an expense not asset. You need to work in weekends with no extra pay. You have to work in a industrial building with a poor infrastructure. You will have a very low AL ( around 4 ). Some of the employee still work 5.5 days per week and they will reduce a huge amount of salary if you take a sick leave (Even you have medical certificates). All the rules of the company benefits the owner of the business. For example, if you are late to work due to a traffic jam for 5 mins, you have to stay an hour extra for the day. The commission will release to you at the end of every 3 months which the basic salary is so low that you cannot pay your bills. Also, you cannot switch to similar job within 12 months after your employment.
