Best company I have ever worked for

- They are extremely supportive of your goals - office culture is 10/10 - They are very appreciative and recognsie great work, the little wins really matter here - Spoiled with home made treats, the owners take you out on their boat and there are always team bonding events that are actually fun - They are always looking at how they can improve as managers and a company - Career and personal growth - They let you be who you are without trying to mould you into what the company wants - a very healthy work environment
Cons
i genuinely can't think of any cons of working here, in an office there are always going to be conflicting personalities no matter where you go, however when you bring up issues or frustrations, management is very supportive, they will mediate a situation and try to fix and support a fair outcome. The best company i have ever worked for by far.
