      Pros

      Hybrid working (typically only in the office two days a week) Monthly KPI bonus

      Cons

      Manager shows a lot of favouritism towards certain people. Office is in the middle of nowhere. Small company so no room for career progression (someone has to leave in order to move up). No benefits apart from pension and free coffee.
