They have none. They expect you to do the job but refuse to pay you.
Cons
Did not pay me for over a year. Kept on post poning but refuse payment. This is general consensus with all their employees.

Management made 10% cuts to editorial which meant a lot of uncertainty and chopping and changing positions.
