As an ex-employee, I value autonomy and trust within the workplace, which unfortunately isn’t as prevalent in this company. Management here tends to micromanage extensively, monitoring even trivial aspects like times of toilet break and requesting personal information beyond professional boundaries, including personal and confidential details, reasons for every leave, among other intrusive inquiries. This level of oversight can be stifling and intrusive, potentially impacting your sense of independence and work-life balance. Prospective employees seeking a more autonomous and respectful work environment might find this culture challenging.
