      Pros

      I guess it’s a good place to get sausage

      Leadership is questionable Did I mention the sausage? That’s pretty much it, sausage all the time. So many sausage jokes…….

      Good place to make an honest wage and have fun at work

      Pros

      Work at all positions and learn a variety of skills - line cook, register, grill, bar, food running, etc. Great co-workers, it is a close knit community, like family. Different locations have different benefits and set backs, but each has its own character. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very fun and it rubs off on employees.

      Cons

      You go home smelling like hot dogs. The nature of the restaurant brings in crazy rushes at times so if you think you may be cut from a shift early, sometimes you may not get to go home when you want to.

      Pros

      The people working are usually really great people and pick ip their share of work. The pay is usual for new orleans restaurants but $10 plus the tips is a good deal id say. expect to get familiar with all realms of front and back of house.

      Cons

      it can get extremely busy and hard to manage everything on your plate.
