The managers and leads are equally strong, setting clear expectations while giving engineers the autonomy to innovate and contribute meaningfully. 🔹 Strong Career Growth: Promotions are genuinely merit-based and handled thoughtfully. Just in the last cycle, 8 engineers were promoted from SDE 1 to SDE 2 — a testament to how seriously the company takes internal growth. Regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and mentoring sessions ensure you're never stuck or overlooked. Pros

I enjoy working at the company. They are using new cloud technologies and moved away from their on prem solutions. We always get to learn new things and their CTO is technology driven and has made some amazing improvements over the past years

Cons

Since the new CEO and it's C-Suite staff took over last year they have been Constantly losing Clients. They also lost their biggest client this month. Which means 50-60% of employees will be laid off by end of the year according to the management themselves. When will the board fire the C-Suite people? How can these guys constantly lose large clients every year.

Exciting time with a lot of runway

Pros

Very exciting space and the company is in the right place at the right time. Lot of focus on culture, recognition and well-being. Opportunity to bring new ideas and do impactful work. Like the company's push towards meritocracy whereas earlier all would get the same reward regardless of performance which had been demotivating especially for those of us with the company for a long time. New leadership is very approachable.

Cons

Like any small company, the resources are very thin. Some of the time can be spent on hands on tasks because there are at times not enough help. Health insurance cost can be lower and 401K match can be a bit higher, More opportunities to get together.
